30 yr old 400k net worth is it too soon to reward myself

So I’m 30 years old, single no kids, recently crossed $400k net worth broken down approximately as follows:

  • $110k taxable brokerage account (mostly sp500 with some successful stock pick bets that I’ve held for years such as nvda, pltr, meta, googl, ual that I never plan on selling). All my disposable income goes here.

  • $80k in 401k with $2k in contributions monthly

  • Approx. $200k in equity on a $550k condo @6% interest

  • $20k emergency fund in HYSA

  • $25k car fully paid off

Salary is high, $300k-ish base + strong bonus + equity which I am not counting towards net worth at all because it is subject to vesting. I work in a highly specialized profession that required many years of study so I’ve only been working towards FIRE for about 5 years. No student loans or any debt whatsoever besides the mortgage, it has all been paid off.

So my issue is there is a watch I have always wanted to buy and I’d like to focus all my disposable income towards saving for that for the next couple of months, the only thing spared would be the $2k/ month that goes towards 401k. The watch costs $40k and that’s the only watch (or material thing for that matter) I have ever wanted since I was a kid. I’d love to gift that to myself before the end of the year and it does feel like I’m in a comfortable financial position to do so, albeit maybe a bit early and a bit expensive of a trivial purchase but like I said that’s the only watch I want so it’s either that or wait until I’m in the proper position to buy it.

My objective is to FIRE by age 45 and obviously that’s $40k that I could be putting in sp500 to grow but on the other hand I feel like I worked really hard to get to this position and rewarding myself now would motivate me to keep going. Also the market is very high so it feels like the perfect time to sit out.

TLDR: Given my position is it too soon to splurge on a $40k watch? If too soon, when would it be ok to do so?
