Advise after 8 months on TRT

I've been on 50mg Cyp per week for 8+months now. I'm 5'7" and 165lb, and 42.

I noticed a bit of ance from the get go, but I've always had very oily skin and had frequent acne on back, but nothing terrible. In the last 3-4 weeks though it has covered my entire upper arm and down my forearm, shoulders, and back. It looks terrible on my arms and it's the deep,bumpy, painful acne.

My last blood test 3 weeks ago was 711 total Testosterone and 20.5 Free Testosterone. Before my first injection in December 2024 it was 148 and 3.4.

Question: is it worth tappering down dosage each week to see if it helps the acne, going every other week, or cold turkey? I seem to have only found cold turkey issues from posts on people that used it for several years and quit. Would I be "OK" if I did...?
