Medical trauma support group

Hello,

I’m looking for a local support group, that meets in person ideally, around the topic of medical trauma. I’m searching for a friend who is in remission from cancer, but he would prefer the group not focus entirely just on cancer.

The group doesn’t have to be in Red Deer, any community surrounding the area would work.

I’d appreciate any help being pointed in the right direction.
