Is having religious faith prime one to have faith in oneself?

It is so easy to lose faith in oneself. One offhand comment from someone and you could lose faith in what you are doing if you don’t shield your heart. The comment might even be not offhand but aimed to put you off, to mess with you. Having faith could be like a skill, like a muscle. Do the more you train it with region, the more you generally have of it.
