Wancher Dream Pen True Ebonite vs Esterbrook Estie

I've been eyeing these two similarly-priced and similarly-shaped pens (Estie ~CA$250, Dream Pen ~CA$270), & was wondering if anyone who has both of them could let me know some of the key differences.

Both use #6 yovo nibs and are cartridge/converter fillers. There is of course the material difference, but how do they compare? Also, are the grip sections very different? Which one do you prefer?
