Need help on how to make a build

So I want to increase my knowledge about nioh builds, what are some good recourses like video or spreadsheets that would basically instantaneously improve my knowledge about what’s important when making a build. I really don’t want to just copy a build from youtube maybe when I’ve done like multiple builds myself and they turn out just really bad and not optimized at all only then I’d rely on copying a build. I’d really appreciate some good videos or something that’ll help me out.
