inflexion points in life

I feel like i have had "inflexion points" in life at regularly spaced intervals, where there's this radical shift in the way I perceive myself and the world, both present and future. It last happened in July 2024, and before that in June 2019. Both times kind of changed the trajectory of my life, in a sense, and I dont know but perhaps it could be a plausible theory, who knows?
