Best site for searching past history with VIN? Canadian and US history.

I anticipate buying a 2001 Honda Insight in Canada, however, until 2021 it was in the United States before being imported into Canada.

All looks good in Canadian Carfax records, but what is the most reliable, full detail history site that I can request a US history?

Early days were in Washington but most history is in California. I'm looking specifically for accident, or any risky history. Thanks.
