Facebook post only one person can see

Without getting into this too much. I want to create a post on Facebook basically announcing that I have started a new romantic relationship. I only want one specific person to see this post. In actuality I haven't started a relationship I just want to screw with this one particular individual. ( So clearly I don't want anyone else to see this post since it's made up) Is there a way to make it look like I am making public post without them knowing they are the only one receiving this
