6.4 King Ranch - Is this a stock Subwoofer?

Asking here because FordTrucks doesn't have any question flair but I have A 2010 king ranch with the Sync Display, and I'm wondering if this a subwoofer and is it stock from factory like this, it's located behind the rear seat in my crew cab. Doesn't seem like a full range because I already have those on the sides near the seats
