How long does it take pokestops to return after false removals? And has anyone got any back after the wave recently?

I had my stops wiped about 3 weeks ago at this point. They told me that my HOA submitted appeal was approved a couple weeks ago and yet my area is still barren. Has anyone got their areas returned, and is there any consequences to continuing to ask?
