Weird audio issue..

I've been having this weird audio issue lately where everything sounds blown out. No matter what volume my system is set at, the audio in iRacing sounds like theres a bunch of distortion. My first thought was that one of the helmet effects were enabled, but those are all off. My audio sounds perfectly fine with YouTube, which is the only other thing I do on PC besides iRacing. I've also tried other headphones, and they all sound the same. I use Sony Inzone Buds, and all drivers are up to date. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
