WIBTA if i report someone constantly peeing in the driveway of my work?

So i work on a large farm that's about 2km from a town. The driveway in question is large, to accommodate trucks and trailers. A bus driver from the company that does school runs in the area consistantly pulls up in this driveway to take a leak at about 4:30 every afternoon. If he sees anyone at the shed, he will not do this. I have seen him put the blinker on, slow down, see me, and drive away. Cool, thanks for not pissing in front of me.

But if there's no one visible he will always do this. There's a public toilet 2km away, and he just came from that direction, it has bus parking as well, literally designed for caravans and buses. I don't know what this guy drinks because it is actually damaging the asphalt in the exact spot he goes. I think he may stop there in the morning as well, before im there.

He does it with no kids on the bus, he is older. I just don't want to be a weirdo complainer. It's weird yes, but I don't know if it's worth getting him in trouble for. I have his licence plate, and the company hes with, it's always the same guy. I just don't know why he can't use the toilet in the town? I work on a farm and am no stranger to the outdoors wee, but not to this level.
