What is shown when you send an egift card?

I have a friend who's having a hard week and I know they could use a coffee. I don't want this to be a "they're just hitting on me" thing, I genuinely want them to not know and just enjoy the coffee as a break, since they'd have no reason to know how sent it.

I can make a fake email, but will this be enough? Will they see anything else populated from my payment I submit?
