Getting started in woodworking/furniture making???

My son is really interested in becoming a furniture builder/wood worker. He has made a couple of really lovely pieces in his woodshop classes in high school and he really found a passion for it.

He needs to find a job…and get a foot in the door.

Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions as to how to start the process? Classes to take a LCC or similar?

I think he has talent and I want to see him find his passion.
