34xxsp, miyoo flip, or something else for a 80 eur budget?

I currently have exactly that much to spend on a retro handheld, I'm a big fan of the gba, so im particularly interested in clamshell systems, but i also wanted to play some ps1 snes and Dreamcast games. I only have 1 requirement - the system must handle portmaster or android games (a requirement from the organizers of the event where i got the money from is to run a game ive developed on godot). This will be my first emulation handheld, so i decided to ask for advice here.
