Compliance review

Hi i am due for a compliance interview next week and my anxiety level is sky high. I am a career for my nephew ( Dla needed go be renewed before 10 August)and my silly sister forgot to do his Ddla application. On the 11th I received wmsj in my journal for the compliance review. Has anyone been in a similar situation?
