In over my head picking parts for a $1600 build.

Im needing a new pc as my current pc is struggling in WoW raid, so ive opted to build a whole new system so my kids can play my current pc, since its good enough for genral game play but not graphics intensive raids.
My budget is slightly flexible as i have 1400 saved for pc parts now and another i have another 1500 in 4-6 weeks, but ill also need to buy another monitor after.
in an ideal world id love a white build, but id rather pass on that if its going to cost100s extra.
Lokking for highend enough that i dont have to upgrade anytime soon.
