Need help editing JPEGs

Hey!

I want to preface this by saying that I'm a beginner and probably don't know the right terminology for half of what I'm saying. I got my Fujifilm x100vi about a week ago and took it with me to Seattle. For some reason, I thought it would automatically shoot in RAW, but when I went to RAW Studio, I couldn't find any of the photos. The JPEGs were taken with Fine image quality (not sure if that matters), but I don't think I can convert them from JPEG to RAW.

The pictures look nice, but I wanted to do some editing and I thought that because each image file was huge (or at least bigger than the regular iPhone image files) I could still edit them with the Fujifilm edits/filters. Am I limited to the regular Photos app edits or can I still use the Fuji ones? Any help would be appreciated!
