Hi guys,I need some advice. I’m a software engineer and have been unemployed for a year despite actively job hunting. I’ve applied to many opportunities in different roles, reached out to HR managers and recruiters via LinkedIn, email, and phone, but I haven’t had success yet. What else should i do?
