High mileage s55 vs Gen 1 B58

Im looking to buy a used car and hoping to get some opinions. I originally wanted a 2017 440i or m240i but I’m in Southern California and it feels like the B58 hype has inflated the prices of these cars. I found a private seller with a 2015 m4 listed for $26k but it’s got 125k miles. I’m no stranger to wrenching on a car myself as long as it’s not something drastic like an engine out job. Realistically should I go for the m4 or wait for a deal on a B58 car? Feels like finding a B58 specced just how I want is also making it more difficult.
