Hobby doable while watching tv (sometimes with subtitles)

Hello, I'm looking for a simple and easy hobby I could do while watching something, sometimes things with a language I don't understand at all so I have to be able to read the subtitles.

I tried crochet and knitting but i still have to learn and do it enough times so i can do it without watching my hands and I know it's gonna take a f-ing loooooong time...

I always end up on my phone, not even really looking at stuff on it, just scrolling up and down

I mostly need something to hold with my hands and play with to be honest...something like that could also be a hobby, kinda...

If you have any idea, you would be a life saver as I'm losing my mind tbvh....
