Questions on withdrawals and dosage

I have been taking 7oh for the past 9 days due to a leg injury. I am taking 10-20 mg per day in 5mg doses, I have heard horror stories about the withdrawal and wanted to know what to expect when I stop taking it in the next couple of days. Would it be smart to do a slow taper or just stop altogether. Thank you!
