Where are the safest places for parts online for volvo?

Looking for a new throttlebody for the 07 v50 2.5 t5. There are a number of questionable units available in ebay etc for $113cad and some unknown brand units for near $200.

Otherwise I'm looking at Cardone rebuilt units for $400 cad from rock or $650+ at my local lordco.

At this point I'm only 50% it's even the throttlebody as I have 2 used units I have yield the same result. I've checked the 6 wires are good to the ecu and the plug - appears- OK.
