Any chance of an unfairly banned acc getting unbanned?

So, over two months ago, my friend (my dev partner) was the target of a scam and got his account stolen. The same hacker who got his account and all of his personal info then distributed all his Robux through multiple accounts and got his account force-banned, causing us to lose our group with over 140k members, along with our games and the funds for future projects.

And I wanted to know if there's any way to recover the account. He already got his account and group back once, but the same hacker just kept reporting him over and over, multiple times a day, until he got terminated again and lost everything once more. He has already tried to contact Roblox Support, but it's useless since he hasn't gotten a reply in the last month and a few weeks.

If you know anything that could possibly help or give some information, I would appreciate it.
