Roommate or private room to rent

Hi, I’m looking for one roommate, another woman to search and apply to a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment with, and sign a lease for August 31,2025. My budget is $750/ per person, but I can push to $800-$850. I’m mainly interested in the Albany Park neighborhood, but I’m also open to: Lincoln Square, Uptown, Ravenswood/Ravenswood manor, and Rogers Park, also open to other neighborhoods near the area - near the brown or red line.

I’m also open to join an exciting a lease, sublets, or a studio apartment.
