Need advice, Mk7 GTI CTS turbo wheel spacer question

Hey all,

Im a complete noob when it comes to rim/wheel offset,bolt pattern talk etc so just looking for advice on this. Im from New Zealand and our Euro supplier has some CTS turbo wheel spacers for sale (They have a bunch online) and was wondering if these would fit my car to essentially give it a flush wheel look?

Car is: 2014 Mk7 GTI with OEM Austin wheels.

From what iv read online to make it flush it would be +15 on the front and +20mm on the rear but unsure on the bolt patterns and stuff. Are these correct?
