Kraft/Heinz or hudsonville ice cream?

Have job offers from both places. But I am new to the area and don't know much about either other than Kraft is union. Has anyone worked at both places or one or the other and has any insight to share?

I've worked at Teslas gigafactory, and a.o. smith (water heaters) so I'm used to factory work and the basics to expect but just mainly asking about company/management treatment of employees, different cultures/perks etc.
