Facing SP issues with my backlash build

So I recently got doomlight set for backlash build, and I run it with Angra pet & Essence of Carnage guest. I realised the Dreadfiend guests allows you to drain MP instead of SP, which is much better but I don’t have it since I just started playing the game recently. I use essence orb but then my HP always takes a hit for consecutive fights since I need to repeatedly use that to replenish my SP.

Are there any mana items that can replenish my HP so that I can convert to SP, or something else that can help with my SP issue without swapping guests/pets?

Essence of Carnage - 152 sp per turn Doomlight toggles - 87 sp per turn Miscs - Roughly 90-100 sp per turn
