Hello everyone! I am here to WARN anyone who is looking to move to the Southtown/King William/Lavaca/Roosevelt/SoFlo area to AVOID renting from Olga Flores from Southtown Realty. I know her sign is in every yard but I DOUBT the owners have any idea what is going on with their properties if Olga is in charge. Olga is extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and should not be in business. She will turn a blind eye to any issue you may have, mock you, and will leave you with zero answers. I promise, no matter how nice the place seems, or how budget friendly it is, it will cost you a lot more money and a lot more time if you do business with her.
