Build Optimization (Druid, Shred)

No, I don't want Pulverize build suggestions please. I like Werewolf and would to optimize Shred after switching from a Lightning Strike build that held up forever but now doesn't hold up to T4 despite being essentially maxed.

Current build:

Head: Tempest Roar (Could easily be replaced IMO)

Chest: Mad Wolfs Glee

Hands: Agile Wolf

Feet: Rakanoths Wake

Amulet: Retaliation

R1: RoSS

R2: Mjolnic

W1: Blurred Beast

W2: Stormclaw

Paragon:

B1: Electrocution

B2: Ancestral Guidance w/ Werewolf

B3: Lust for Carnage w/ Fang and Claw

B4: Heightened Malice w/ Spirit

B5: Inner Beast w/ Exploit
