Bleeding when I wipe (as a bottom), any advice?

Hey guys,

I’m a bottom, but I’ve noticed in the past two years whenever I go to wipe there tends to be blood (not in my stool) but exclusively when I wipe. It kind of comes and goes, but when I stopped bottoming for a few months the bleeding stopped, but when I bottomed again a month ago — on & off the blood when I wipe has been coming on and off.

I don’t want to over stress myself anymore as I already have enough medical issues, lack of”good health insurance” so I don’t want to get paranoid and conclude it’s suddenly some extremely medically devastating or tragic concern as my family does have a history of colon cancer.

Guys do tend to be rough on me, and this has exclusively started since I’ve been bottoming in the past two years.

But before I panic and stress myself out even more, guys that bottom do you find this is common or normal?
