What changes or updates do you predict will take place as the game continues to increase in popularity?

Maybe they will make it so you can save the game and return to it? This might prove difficult as a team, but solo?

And another thing which would be useful is if you could revive yourself. I know you can self heal upto a certain point and there's something in craft table five, but I mean with bandages earlier on in the game.
