Resolution stuck and bit depth stuck at 6 bit on laptop

I am beyond stumped on this one, I have tried absolutely everything on this Dell G5 SE that I advised my grandpa to buy used for $250 as it seemed like a good deal considering it has a integrated GPU and a decent Ryzen CPU. The resolution is stuck at 1366x768, despite the product page clearly stating that the 5505 model of G5 (which this one is) only coming in 1920x1080. The color depth is stuck at 6 bit as well, and I don’t know what to do anymore. I updated the drivers, flashed the bios, tried disabling the iGPU, tried updating drivers through device manager, nothing has worked. When I disable the iGPU, the resolution changes to 1408x768, but part of it stretches past the screen to the right and it stays locked at that resolution which is even worse. The ONLY thing I can think of is that someone replaced this panel before with a really crappy one, but I looked online and couldn’t find a 60hz 1366x768 panel for this laptop. Does anyone know how I could fix this or how to tell if it’s really the panel??? Thanks.
