First date unpleasant experience

A guy from dating app asked me to go for a free outdoor concert at weekday in the evening. We agreed to meet at 7 to get some street food and concert starts at 7:30. When I left home I messaged him that I am leaving to avoid traffic which took me 30 mins to get there. I arrived on time but he messaged me he will be late for 20 mins due to traffic. I sat on the concert chairs and waited for 40 mins I sent him my location . When the concert already started he called me asking where I am . Then the concert was fine but I was cold and hungry. (I wore a dress ). We didn’t get chance to chat much only a few sentences during the concert. After the concert he asked do you want to eat dinner when it’s over 9 pm. I told him I feel freezing cold and it’s late . I need to get up early tomorrow so maybe next time . Even I told him I was feeling cold he still asked me about my dreams in the parking lot … He even asked did you come out today just for this concert?( I told him I work from home ) . I said yes I had to drive for 30 mins to get here ! I felt very uncomfortable about this person as I didn’t feel respected and even laughed at I just came for the concert… How long will you wait for a guy on first date ?
