Ok i need some help deciding e1 or s1

so my current dot chars and eidolons/lc look like this:
Kafka e4(god blessed me) s1
Black swan e3(^yet again) and Goatqiu lc
Goatqiu e2 and lc
Hysilens e0 s0 and im blank on my ass regarding pulls can prolly get 1 or 1 1/2 pitys if i grind in the slave mines hard enough

The problem im having is her e1 is insane value but i will prolly have to go for lc cuz otherwise i will continue to have 2 of the same lc on the same team (Goatqiu lc) which dont stack and are ok statsticks at best
