Two Payments to go

As we speak I had 9 qualifying payments posted to the FSA portal bringing my total to 118 payments. At this point I simply want to get to the 120 and be over with everything. Should I contact someone about having everything reviewed as I am two payments away???

I was in the SAVE forbearance and if I understand correctly, I am need to switch out the SAVE into IBR and make the final two payments.

Also, what happens after you reach 120 payments? Do I need to continue to make monthly payments until loans are forgiven?
