I'm thinking about it the whole night and finally able to beat the fricking Tortle with Neuv!. The idea is to use healing mode furina with a full ER build to spam Burst; Kazuha just taps E and doesn't plunge.
Use Neuv CA considerably, don't spam it, and watch the meter. Not even once the shield is up.
