Charge missing from Trip History

Took train at 5:30pm and the transfer bus at 7:20pm, the charge from 5:30 is not showing at all. I do know I have charged as the fund went down. I didn’t get a transfer but charged twice with first charge not even showing. I have a feeling this happens often but today I checked my balance before getting on the train to make sure I wasn’t going insane.
