Discussion: is including ‘celebrities’ unfair?

Would love to hear people’s opinions on this.

Obviously Peter and Jana are not major celebs but they are relatively large reality stars who make a decent living off of appearances/influencing. They likely got paid more to even appear on the show.

Is it unfair to have them competing against normal people for money?

I personally thought their addition added a fun twist to the show. But I can’t help but think back to how icky the end of Season 1 of US Traitors felt when normies who totally needed the money were pitted against celebs. Reddit was in an uproar back then which is likely why they changed the following seasons to all celebrities. Should it be one or the other or do you like the mix?
