I want to make an overload team And I have two ideas which would be better

Team 1: Iansan,Fischl,Diluc and chevreus

Team 2: Beidou,Dehya, Chevreus, and Sethos

Which team would be better? And if possible if you could tell me like what would be the best rotation and like Best relics to put on these characters cuz most of these characters are not built except for like Fischl and Diluc But I'm trying to figure out which team would be best before trying to build it because I do have limited resources because i am F2P

But yeah, thank you in advance
