When can i start booking ski trips in china

I'm looking to go skiing in China (more specifically Chongli) during December period. I read online that the ski resorts there start opening around late November.

However, when I search for booking info for the hotels and ski resorts in Chongli (on online travel sites and wechat programs), it seems like it's not available. It's my first time booking for a ski trip so I'm guessing they have not opened the availability for the ski season.

Anyone able to guide on how we can book these, and when will the booking for these ski resorts open?
