Will this work?

I opened CSR in October 2022. Opened CFU in Nov 2023. I want to know if I can: refer my wife for CSR, get 15k bonus, she gets 100k SUB, transfer her points to me, wait for first anniversary, pay annual fee, redeem $300 TC, cancel/downgrade within 30 days for refund of annual fee? Or will that void the SUB? Ultimately I don’t really care about eating the annual fee for a year, but if I can get it refunded, all the better.
