Consumer law help - Bicycle advertised for rider of certain heights but bike feels dangerous and generally the size doesn't align with rider size that most other people use.
I just bought a bike online that was advertised for riders up to 2m tall. Im 6'6 or 198cm tall. Just picked the bike up from a repair shop who assembled it and I've noticed its a medium frame bike.
Medium frames are generally for people 5'6 to 5'9 175cm, there's no advertising on the website of size variants other than frame dimensions, but since im new to cycling i didn't know it was medium.
Immediately upon riding this bike felt dangerous and would most likely end with me being injured.
Is this false advertising to say its suitable for 200cm riders when reality is 175cm is the most you really should be for this bike?
Do I have grounds for return? Or is it just tough cookies?
