Strange tearing that happens during FPS games

I get these weird lines i’ve been trying to fix for the past few days, changed vsync / gsync options everywhere (nvidia control center, settings and on monitor) made sure i get 240fps on my 240hz monitor (Samsung g7 27inch 240hz 2k)

My pc is a 4070ti, Ryzen 7 7700 with DDR5 ssd

This issue mainly shows up on FPS games like Rainbow Six Siege and Battlefield games (example from bf6 beta)

On rainbow it happens alot when im walking on the roof while on bf6 it happes alot in bright areas
