PC crash

TL;DR My PC crashes into a white screen anytime I launch a game.

Specs: CPU: 9900X, GPU: 7900 XT, 32GB DDR5 @ 6000MHz, my game drive: 2 crucial t700 in RAID 0.

What I’ve done: I have reinstalled both CPU and GPU drivers, reinstalled the games in steam. I thought maybe it was my GPU but both the OC and normal BIOS crash and running a stress test (heaven benchmark) no crash, I stressed my CPU no crash, I stress both CPU and GPU to 100% same time. No crash. I launch Rimworld after 5 seconds crash. I launch BO6 it’s fine until I click multiplayer in the COD menu then I crash. My event viewer does not give me any errors or useful flags to work with. I am genuinely lost as to what is causing this.

My PC worked fine last night/yesterday with no crashes. I crashed a few times with the same white screen playing the open beta of BF6 but I thought it was the game so I kept going through, it would either crash within 10 minutes or not at all.
