[Hiring] League of Legends artwork for my best good bro’s birthday (~$250 budget?)

Hi everybody! My best buddy of decades is turning 40 and I would like to give him a framed piece of artwork depicting the League of Legends duo we’ve played together for many years, Jhin and Lux. Ideally they would ALSO appear to be good pals!

This is my first time commissioning artwork so bear with me, but I’d like to spend well ($250? $300?) to get something really lovely and special. Thanks, all!
