Static rating re-evaluation?

So, I have a static MH rating and I was just wondering if I have a VA phsych appt. with my therapist and he writes in his notes that the medication seems to be helping, will that trigger a re- evaluation of my MH rating? I don't plan on putting in a claim ever again but I'm a little concerned about what he wrote in the notes.
