Best perch spinnrod?

Just bought a 8fot daiwa xr perch Rod, i lover longer rods but this is to long… i thought the back of the handle would be longer the longer Rod you picked… well 🤷🏼‍♂️

What rod do you guys recommend for multireel perch fishing?
