Texas to Arizona transfer

so in about a month I’m going to be moving to Arizona, I was wondering if anyone knows the average pay in those locations? Not exactly sure what store I’m looking to move to, but I’m hoping to get paid a bit more because I do want to stay at Marshall’s, I’m mainly in markdowns at my current store.
